Dream Green Smoothie

After guzzling a large glass of room-temperature lemon water for instant hydration, I wait about an hour before making my go-to smoothie: the Green Dream. Simply blend one organic frozen banana with one cup almond milk, a handful of washed kale and one date (don't forget to remove the seed). You can also add in chia seed gel to make it a Hot Date Smoothie, which I shared with The Chalkboard previously here!
