Unlike most nut milks, which require a whole lot of soaking and straining, this homemade dairy-free dupe requires little more than a flick of your blender’s power switch. Make a batch of this unbelievably simple almond hemp milk from wellness pro Summer Sanders‘ new cookbook, Raw and Radiant, and keep it on hand to add a great source of complete plant-protein and omega-3s to lattes, smoothies, and overnight oats.

This is a great on-the-go milk! It takes less than two minutes to make and you’re on your way. It’s a great one for children and athletes, loaded with healthy bioavailable protein. This was my favorite milk during pregnancy, loaded with vegan protein and other nutrients for me and babe.
