This is a great on-the-go milk! It takes less than two minutes to make and you’re on your way. It’s a great one for children and athletes, loaded with healthy bioavailable protein. This was my favorite milk during pregnancy, loaded with vegan protein and other nutrients for me and babe.
Quick Hemp Milk
Serves 6
Ingredients:
4 cups filtered water
1 cup hemp seeds
3 Tbsp raw organic almond butter
5-8 dates, pitted
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
In a high-speed blender, combine water, hemp hearts, almond butter, dates and salt. Blend on high until smooth.
Store in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
This milk will keep in the refrigerator for four days.
