Dry Brush with the Aura Sweeper | Begin by dry brushing the entire body with the Aura Sweeper. This Powerfully activates the lymphatic system, stimulates circulation, and refines the texture of the skin.

Begin with the tops of your feet.
Continue brushing up the legs and behind the knees.
Move to the hands and up your arms with circular strokes over your armpits.
For breast health, sweep from the center of the breast outward in every direction.
From the neck, brush downward towards the heart.
Use large circular counter-clockwise strokes on your abdomen. This motion helps to stimulate digestion.
Sweep upwards from the lower back and down the neck.

Gua sha with the Aura Stone | Designed to comb through the fascia and drain lymph to detoxify the tissues and promote the overall health of the skin & body. In the area of concern, use several strokes over the area until it feels warm and invigorated. Anywhere between 10 – 30 strokes with the wavy edge of the Aura Stone will break up the fascia to minimize the appearance of cellulite.

You can also follow the same pattern that you used with the Aura Sweeper to address the entire body. For this, you would use 3-5 strokes in each area.

  1. Could terc,ockwise motion on the abdomen will have many people constipated in no time. Following the natural flow of the intestines to aid elimination is a Clockwise direction. Counterclockwise is used for deficiency type diarrhea.
