I have become addicted to having a fresh juice in the morning. Whether you buy something from Pressed Juicery on your way to work or make your own at home, supplying your body with a high level of quality nutrition at the beginning of every day can only be a good thing. Robin’s Favorite Juice
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 whole lemon
- 1-2 fuji apples
- 1 inch piece of ginger
Barrett’s Breakfast Juice
- 3 stalks celery
- 4 carrots
- 1 apple or 1 orange, cored
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 cucumber
- 1 beet
- 1 lemon
- Bunch of parsley or mint
