The Reset Button Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup coconut or almond milk
2 Tbsp brazil nuts
2 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
4 pitted dates
1 Tbsp maca powder
¼ tsp ground cardamom
pinch of sea salt
