Moment I fell in love with fitness:

I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t in love with fitness, so I think it’s safe to say I have been hooked since my first ballet class at the age of three.

5 things always in my gym bag:

Agent Nateur Holi (stick), Herbivore Lapis balancing oil (I use it on my lips), La Tierra Sagrada Shampoo, Little Barn Apothocary Coconut+Mint spray, DoTerra Deep Blue essential oil rub.

Fave fitnesswear brands:

Koral, Lovers and Friends, Ultracore and Vie.

Early a.m.

I’m currently obsessed with Gallant, The Kills, AlunaGeorge, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Skylar Grey and, of course, Beyonce, Rhianna, A-Trak, Major Lazer, The Weekend, Jess Glynne and Drake.

Get kisses from my kids before I head to the studio and between clients (perks of working from home!)

Habit that changed my workouts:

At the end of each class, I play a song that’s empowering and lead my clients in a free-style session where we focus on letting it all go.

Favorite way to hydrate:

Essentia water and green juice.

Favorite post-workout fuel:

Protein pancakes topped with berries and almond butter, or avocado toast with hard-boiled eggs.

I stay inspired by:

My clients! I am beyond lucky to train some of the most brilliant, talented and successful men and women who come together in my studio and bring the most amazing energy.

Fave outdoor activity:

Taking a walk with my kids, husband and dogs.

Most unexpected item in my gym bag:

Justin’s peanut butter cups and a small stash of Sockerbit candy! Everything in moderation, right?

I know I’ve had a good workout when…

I’m drenched in sweat, high on endorphins and I’ve let go of whatever was weighing me down.

Must-have workout tool or gadget:

A JumpSport Fitness trampoline.

Most important part of a fitness journey:

Finding a workout you love and people you love doing it with. If your workout feels like a punishment or you’re intimidated in class, find something else.

Braids or pony:

Hair down, actually!

On my feet:

Always Adidas Pure Boost or Energy Boost.

Gym to street tips:

You can’t go wrong with a leather moto or oversized bomber. I also love my WhoWhatWear for Target perfect crew on days I have to go straight from the studio to a meeting.

“Secret weapon” fitness tip:

Don’t waste your time doing the same thing for 60 minutes straight! Your workout should consist of cardio and muscle sculpting. Also, do planks instead of crunches and don’t be afraid to lift weights heavier than three pounds!
