Erin’s Favorite Hydrating Green Juice
Makes 1-2 (8oz) servings
1 large cucumber
1 fennel bulb with fronds
1-2 inch piece of ginger
pinch cayenne powder
1 tablespoon E3 live blue-green algae
Wash all produce.
Juice vegetables, ginger and lemon in juicer of choice.
Stir in cayenne powder, E3 live and enjoy!
