Angela Sutherland, founder of L.A. mom obsession, natural baby food brand, Yumi, recently hosted this gorgous brunch in honor of designer TyLynn Nguyen’s new collection of modern intimates.
Angela’s home is a modern masterpiece and the perfect setting for the fashionable occasion.
The guests — who included a hand-picked selection of mamas, models and style influencers — sipped on CBD beverages from Recess and rosé from Una Lou, and enjoyed an exclusive preview of Tylynn’s new collection of sexy separates.
If you don’t know TyLynn yet, take note. With an elegance that instantly inspires, the mama of three radiates the kind of polished sophistication we come to expect from vintage fashion illustrations, not real life people. Naturally, her lingerie collection feels the same way.
We asked TyLynn to dish out a few style tips for building the ultimate capsule wardobe. Her top three? Keep it simple, stick with a neutral color pallete, and buy items you will wear for years to come. “Items that you can wear with other items are key here,” TyLynn added. “A white button up, black denim, blue denim, a cashmere sweater, a trench coat, a black blazer, boots, and a wonderful flat make for a perfect, simple capsule wardrobe.”
Browse through a few beautiful moments at this intimate brunch and snag the smoothie recipe from Angela that guests enjoyed at the event (inspired by Yumi’s Pitaya Porridge blend).
We’re also giving away a tote of mama-friendly goods to one lucky reader. Here’s how to enter…
