We literally can’t imagine being in a bad mood while sucking down this smoothie. Next time you know there’s a tough, moody morning coming, plan ahead and make this beautiful, nourishing breakfast smoothie to pep things up. Collagen and rose essence might sound exotic, but, thanks to frozen cauliflower rice and berries, this smoothie was actually designed for speed.

Integrative nutritionist, Jennie Miremadi recently shared these tips for making a healthy breakfast on the go and this smoothie is part of her plan.
