Try her pretty breakfast recipes like this simple as can be coconut yogurt bowl (okay, it’s nice cream, but we think this counts as breakfast). The recipe makes a great substitute for that daily smoothie bowl or overnight oats routine…
Strawberry Coconut Yogurt Nice Cream
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of frozen strawberries
1 cup of vegan coconut yogurt
1 Teaspoon of maple syrup
Optional toppings: chia seeds, berries, coconut flakes
Directions:
Put the frozen strawberries and the yogurt in the blender and blend well. When the strawberries are all blended and the texture is icecreamish you can add the maple syrup (if you like it more sweet you can add even more!). Fill the nice cream into a pretty bowl and garnish it with your desired toppings, for example chia seeds and or amaranth pops.
