Birthday Cake Protein Smoothie
ingredients:
For the smoothie:
3 frozen bananas
2 scoops of whey protein powder
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1-2 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp of Philosophie Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
For toppings:
1 Tbsp sprinkles
rice whipped cream, to garnish
directions:
Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a beautiful Mason jar or the birthday person’s favorite glass and top off with the rice whipped cream and sprinkles!
