The adorable and fit-spirational Sophie Jaffe of Philosophie recently whipped up this drool-worthy shake for a child’s birthday and we knew we had to try it. Grab Sophie’s recipe below and dare to let your pickiest child (or pal!) give it a try.

Whip up this dreamy, guilt-free Birthday Cake Smoothie first thing in the morning with frozen ‘nanas, whey protein powder, vanilla almond milk and Philosophie Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend – an ultra-nourishing fusion of organic camu camu, acai, goji, pomegranate, mangosteen, maca and sprouted brown-rice protein. Birthday Cake Protein Smoothie

ingredients:

For the smoothie:
3 frozen bananas
2 scoops of whey protein powder
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1-2 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp of Philosophie Berry Bliss Superfood + Protein Blend
2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

For toppings:
1 Tbsp sprinkles
rice whipped cream, to garnish

directions:

Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a beautiful Mason jar or the birthday person’s favorite glass and top off with the rice whipped cream and sprinkles!
