RECENT EMMY NOM, Mandy Moore is no stranger to the wellness scene.
As a crucial player in the binge-worthy TV tear-jerker, This Is Us, Mandy has re-emerged as the girl-next-door we always wished actually lived next door ever since she hit us with those very first pop tunes (Candy, anyone?).

While Mandy often shares her self-care adventures on social media (face masks and CBD anyone?), we wanted to know how she actually lives on an average morning at home and asked her to participate in our Mornings With… series here.
A couple of things that Mandy shared surprised us. One, her early rise time (can you blame an LA lady who has access to such great hikes?) and, two, her extremely savvy hydration recipe with chlorophyll and ginger. My alarm is set for:
5 am, I like to start my mornings early and with intention!
I can't start my morning without:
A glass of water with Alive! Women’s Energy Multivitamin to give me the nourishment and energy my body needs right away.
Breakfast is usually:
A smoothie packed with superfoods: berries, apples, spinach, avocado, almond milk and protein powder is one my favorite recipes.
Favorite morning beverage:
A cup of coffee, but I am always careful about how much caffeine I put into my body.
Favorite morning moment:
Playing with my kitties Olivia and Peanut, going on a hike and walking my dogs, Jackson and Joni.
My mornings are filled with:
A quick workout and nutritious breakfast.

Since I have a gluten sensitivity, I try to really focus on my digestive wellness, which is why I take Fortify Probiotics.
Currently obsessed with:
Sense therapy! It is really helpful for me. One of the first things I do when I get home is light a candle.
Morning routine when traveling:
I always take Sambucus Gummies with me because they are packed with elderberry extract, vitamin C and zinc that keep my immune system healthy while on the go.
Always thinking about lunch at:
Noon. With a busy schedule and constantly running around, I always like to bring along a few healthy snacks to keep me feeling full until lunch.

Spend time with my husband before a busy day.
Recipe I'm making:
One of my favorite summer refreshers is super easy — you just mix eight ounces lemon water, one squeeze of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, pinch of salt, and two teaspoons unflavored chlorophyll liquid, and serve over ice. It keeps me hydrated and refreshed.
