Living well is her motto, and she does it with such passion. Linda Wagner is a nutrition coach who has crafted a clear concept of the healthy lifestyle and made it her own. Through her own challenges and obstacles, Linda has learned that mainstream diets miss the mark. Words like suffering, deprivation, and elimination are not included in her ideas about what it takes to look and feel best. Why not nurture your body and feel fabulous while doing it? It boils down to living your life, not obsessing over it.
We caught up with Linda for a look at how she manages to exude radiant health while also enjoying life, so that we too can obtain this sought-after balance!
