In My Gym Bag: Studio To Street With Erin Heatherton

Erin Heatherton has her gym routine down and we’re taking notes. 5 things always in my gym bag:

Dr. Hauschka lip balm, Nike Studio Wrap 4 shoes, Ballet Beautiful water bottle, fresh pressed juice and V-Moda headphones.

Moment I fell in love with fitness:

Since I can remember, I’ve always loved playing sports.

Workout or habit that changed my body:

More sauna time, sleep and water. Ballet BeautifulJuliet Kaska, Justin Gelband and yoga with Lynn Duffy.

How I workout pre-runway:

Everyday and with an extra dose of ambition.

Fave fitnesswear brands:

Lululemon, Lucas Hugh, Fabletics, Sweaty Betty, Nike.

Fave sport/activity as a kid:

Basketball.

Favorite time of day for a class:

4 p.m.

Fave workout in LA:

Pilates with Juliet Kaska.

Drake, Hot Chip, The Weeknd, Disclosure, Glass Animals, lots of Colette albums.

Favorite way to hydrate:

Pressed Juicery coconut water.

When I can’t hit gym:

Yoga, stretching and extra foam rolling.

Asics and Nike Studio Wrap 4 for ballet/pilates/yoga.

Boobs? Or belly button!

Braids or pony:

Top bun! Unless someone can braid my hair for me.

Gym to street tip:

Converse (or your favorite sneakers) are a great staple to pull together a sporty street look.
