Been ClassPassing your way through 2017? Same. For those of us who are commitment-phobic or just obsessed with trying every new fitness trend under the sun, the arrival of ClassPass in 2011 was a major game-changer. ClassPass elevated the way most of us think about studio hopping and for that, we have ClassPass’ tenacious CEO, Payal Kadakia, to thank.
According to Forbes, Payal launched the fitness subscription concept not once, but twice (once as Classivity and again as Passport) before achieving the perfect equation for the successful ClassPass model we all love today.
We asked Payal to participate in our In My Gym Bag feature and, naturally, she had plenty of insights to share. Check out what this fitspirational lady boss is packing to the gym(s) these days and how she stays inspired.

For motivation:
I remind myself to never stop setting goals and never stop dreaming. Essentially, a goal is just a dream with a deadline!

Most unexpected item in my gym bag:
Candy! I have a huge sweet tooth.
I know I’ve had a good workout when:
I get lost in the movement and lose track of time.
Secret weapon tip:
No one can stop you but yourself – opportunities find you when you choose to chase your passions!

I love running outdoors the most when I’m on the West Coast!
