The FLAT BELLY SMOOTHIE
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup coconut water
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen papaya
1 Tbsp coconut butter or oil
1-inch knob of ginger
juice from 1/2 a lime
garnish with fresh mint as desired
