Germ Busting Ginger-Cran Super Juice

i love juice. You love juice. We all love juice!  Here is an irresistible juice recipe from reader Erin Drasher, a health coach with Integrative Nutrition. Cranberries are loaded with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients and are high in vitamin C. This super mix for ‘Super C Juice’ helps Erin to “keep the germs at bay” like nobody’s business – the perfect recipe to call upon for the first signs of the sniffles!

Ginger Cran Super C Juice

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yields: 2 servings


  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lime
  • cup of cranberries
  • 1 inch knob of ginger


Peel the rind from all the citrus fruit. Juice all fruits and cranberries in a juicer. Serve with a splash of sparkling water. If juicing by hand, finely grate ginger and stir into juice.
