This super mix for ‘Super C Juice’ helps Erin to “keep the germs at bay” like nobody’s business – the perfect recipe to call upon for the first signs of the sniffles!
Ginger Cran Super C Juice
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Yields: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime
- cup of cranberries
- 1 inch knob of ginger
Directions:
Peel the rind from all the citrus fruit. Juice all fruits and cranberries in a juicer. Serve with a splash of sparkling water. If juicing by hand, finely grate ginger and stir into juice.
