Sweet Carrot Cake Smoothie


1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving of vanilla protein (PaleoPro)
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup chopped raw carrots
1/2 Tbsp Ceylon cinnamon

2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 serving of chocolate protein (pea protein)
1/2 small avocado
1 serving raw fiber powder
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp cacao nibs, reserve 1 tsp for toppings
1/2 tsp he shou wu

Coconut Creme Pie Smoothie


1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
1 serving vanilla coconut collagen protein (primal kitchen)
1 tsp MCT oil
2 Tbsp coconut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp pearl (moon juice)
