We first ran these delicious recipes from smoothie scientistKelly LeVeque a few years ago, but since Kelly has recently launched her own protein powders we thought we’d update these recipes and bring them back to the top of your in-box!

SWEET CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 serving of vanilla protein 
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup chopped raw carrots
1/2 Tbsp Ceylon cinnamon

DARK CHOCOLATE CRUNCH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 serving of chocolate protein 
1/2 small avocado
1 serving raw fiber powder
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp cacao nibs, reserve 1 tsp for toppings
1/2 tsp he shou wu (optional)

COCONUT CREME PIE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
1 serving vanilla protein 
1 tsp MCT oil
2 Tbsp coconut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp pearl powder (optional)
top with coconut flakes
