Pressed Juicery’s spicy jalapeño green juice is back in a limited edition supply – and we’re celebrating! Last year, we made these delicious spicy green popsicles with the jalapeño yuzu blend, but this year, the flavor has arrived in the nick of time for Cinco de Mayo and we really can’t think of anything we’d like to sip on more than a spicy, nutrient and tequila-spiked margarita – complete with a Himalayan pink salt rim.
We’ve also been sending a steady supply of these spicy, summery green juices to P.S. I Made This’ Cinco (DIY) Mayo workshops this week here in L.A. Crafters have been crafting (as they do), eating cake and drinking Pressed Juicery Patron jalapeño margaritas – sounds like an ideal afternoon to us!
Pressed Juicery Jalapeño Margaritas
1 ounce of tequila
1 ounce of triple sec
¼ jalapeno pepper (cut into small slices)
5.5 ounce of Pressed Juicery’ s “jalapeno green juice”
Dip the rim of your glass into pink salt wetted with a touch of lime juice.
Muddle lime slices and jalapeño slices in the bottom of a 16oz glass.
Pour triple sec, the tequila and the Pressed Juicery jalapeno green juice into the glass.
Fill the glass with ice, then pour into a cocktail shaker; shake ingredients.
Pour drink back into the glass and garnish with lime wedges or slices and a jalapeño slice. Cheers!
