Clean eating blogger babe Candice Kumai, the author of Clean Green Drinks, caught our attention with this smoothie’s unusual ingredients – and those abs! This smoothie recipe blends the skin-quenching power of coconut water with anti-inflammatory lavender, antioxidant-filled raspberries and resveratrol – something we’ve never added to a smoothie ever! Here’s Candice’s pitch for a galentine’s spa day idea we’re totally into…

Do you love your beautiful skin, your girlfriends, and a good spa day? Combine all three for a spa-cuisine weekend with the girls. Prepare some delicious treats (we love these!), decorate with some gorgeous floral arrangements (check out this wall hanging!), and blend up some of this pink goodness. The Beauty Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ½ cups low-sugar coconut water
2 cups organic baby spinach
1 cup organic frozen raspberries
1 tsp fresh lavender (or ¼ teaspoon dried, optional)
2 Tbsp resveratrol supplement (or sub with cherry juice)
1 cup ice

Directions:

Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
