It’s finally strawberry season! And what better way to impress your guests than with these incredibly delicious strawberry bites. You can add things like fluffy ricotta cheese or if you’re vegan, a lemon cashew cream would be delicious. But the best pairing of all? A glass of crisp, cold rosé of course…
Strawberry, Avocado, Mint Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
1 head butter lettuce
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1-2 avocados, sliced
1 small bunch of mint, leaves torn off
balsamic vinegar
microgreens to garnish
freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
Peel all of the leaves off the butter lettuce, wash and pat dry.
When ready, place a little of each ingredient into the middle of each individual lettuce leaf, repeat for each one and then drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top.
Top with cracked pepper and enjoy!
