Apple Peanut Butter Banana Shake
vegan, serves 1-2
- 1 medium organic fuji apple, roughly chopped
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
- 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup ice
Blend in a high speed blender and serve!
Made this for breakfast this morning. I didn’t use maple syrup or salt though. SO yummy!
