All About Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is the perfect healthy topping to add to your favorite oatmeal, granola or smoothie. It has a broad spectrum of amino acids and healthy antioxidants.   1. Bee pollen is sooo good for you and it gives a good energy boost! I like it in hot tea and smoothies. If your allergic to bees then I would stay away from it but otherwise start little by little and your body will thank you! 🙂
