Fridge Full of kimchi? The Asian food craze is very real in America — especially in the wellness world where bone broth and fermented everything is high on our list of edible priorities — and Danielle Chang gives the trend life in a big way.
In addition to authoring the Oprah-approved cookbook, Lucky Rice, this lady boss foodie is known for her LUCKYRICE festivals across the country and her PBS show Lucky Chow, all of which strive to celebrate authentic Asian culture and cuisine. When Danielle’s not killing it on the culinary scene, she’s often heating things up in her own kitchen in a way we love, and we’re exploring below!
“If we are what we eat, then we’re all part Asian.”
-Danielle Chang
We’re poking around Danielle’s fridge and talking about everything she stocks it with and for: from protein-packed hot pots to condiments we’re not confident pronouncing (but can’t wait to get obsessed with), take a peek here…
