Honey +Apple Hot Toddy
Makes one drink
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Pressed Juicery‘s apple lemon ginger
1 to 2 oz bourbon or dark rum
drizzle of honey
squeeze of lemon
Optional:
mulling spices (cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, star anise, nutmeg – whatever you have on hand)
cinnamon stick stirrer, as garnish
star anise, as garnish
Directions:
Add juice and optional mulling spices to simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat for at least 5 minutes.
Drizzle some honey into a mug and add the liquor, hot cider and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir.
