Our Top 6 Tips: Get The Most Out Of Your Juice Cleanse
Detox Bath

Speaking of getting to bed early, use your open evening to indulge in a DIY detox bath before bed that will help your cleanse along and provide you with a fail-safe 'food-free' zone!

Make your own bath with a combination of a cup each: grey salt, epsom salt, baking soda, two teaspoons of vegetable glycerin and a few drops of pure essential oils like lavender or rose. Or try the grey detox salts we recommend below.

Add to a hot bath and soak away. If you deal with diabetes, hypertension or heart disease be careful not to stay in a detox bath for any longer than 10 minutes to begin with.  As with the sauna, be sure to stay hydrated while in a warm bath!
