Real Girl’s Kitchen, Haylie’s charming show on Cooking Channel, is her cookbook of the same name come to life. Haylie and friends make real food and visit our kind of trendy hotspots: sustainable goat farms and friends-in-wellness’ kitchens. We asked this burgeoning food star to let us into her medicine cabinet and kitchen pantry to take a look, and to fill us in on some of the simple ideals that keep her healthy, happy and fully in balance. When I am really trying to eat healthy, I order simple dishes so I know exactly what I am eating.
