As we begin prepping for the holidays, we’ve found that peeling through every gorgeous cookbook we own to find a few gluten-free options isn’t the best use of our time.

Normally, we’re happy to spend time gathering inspo online, testing out alternative ingredients and tweaking dishes, but when life picks up the pace – and the biggest meal of the year is looming – we’re looking for ways to keep things simple and streamlined.
