  3. I could *really* benefit from this right now!! I have Lupus (as well as a slew of other medical conditions, sadly), but am now unable to get the hydroxychloroquine, which I’ve been on for the past 18yrs straight. Thus, my already compromised immune system is fairing even worse these days. I live in New York, am only in my mid 30’s, and over the past 3+ weeks have been cooped up in my house, without visitors, and have had to be following the guidelines as a sick senior, since I can’t take the chance of catching this virus. Chalkboard Mag’s website has kept me sane through all of this and I’ve turned to it for a multitude of advice, tips, but ultimately as a reminder to myself of the importance of *self-care*, especially in times like these. Healthy wishes to all and thank you!!!
