Detox Winter Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 serving vanilla protein
handful super greens (I love Organic Girl)
handful fresh mint
2 Tbsp acacia fiber
1 Tbsp MCT oil
1 Tbsp Pure Planet apple greens (or lemon)
