Bringing this stunning decor inspo from a holiday gone by to the top of your feed!

Our annual Thanksgiving cooking class with Jenni Kayne – and the feast that followed – took place this year inside the stunning L.A abode of Pressed Juicery’s Carly de Castro. While Daphne’s menu stole the show, the gorgeous details and subdued color palate crafted by Bash Please made it truly next level.

Here are a few natural styling tips we took from the look of the space that day to inspire Thanksgiving and holiday table decor. Want more? Check out The Shop this month filled with everything you need for the Thanksgiving table!

A Green Mantel

We love the look of this monochromatic mantel that uses only deep greens to bring color to things. Bash Please and florist FlowerWild collaborated on this look filled with light grey tapers, pillars and tea lights staggered between magnolia branches kale and artichokes. Start here for Thanksgiving and easily swap in a few white, gold or red elements to liven it up before Christmas!

Layered Placesettings

Bash Please’s use of wooden cutting boards as place chargers meant that each guest had a takeaway gift built right into their plate. We love the layered look of the wood paddles along with their use of leather string to tie napkins and to add nametags to cutlery. Notice the rumpled linen runner like the one in our Shop!

Mushrooms Over Florals

Kale, persimmons, artichokes, radishes and a variety of mushrooms made their way into the centerpiece and mantel top. The occasional cutting board buried into the long centerpiece swag of greens and branches made sense of the beautifully sliced radishes and piles of white chanterelle and enoki mushrooms.
