Wellness Recipe: Avocado Dream Dip

There is something dreamy about avocados. Rich, creamy and bright green, avocados are rich in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Each silky slice adds flavor and body to meals and recipes. Plus, the creaminess of avocados makes them especially perfect for dips! Guacamole is a classic favorite at any party.

Well, if you love guacamole, you’ll love this snazzy green party dip. It is infused with healthy ingredients like leafy green spinach, white beans, a splash of zesty lemon juice, some spicy jalapeno (if you’d like) and plenty of avocado flavor. I call this fluffy green concoction my Avocado Dream Dip. Blend up a bowl for your next party and have all your guests dreaming of more.

Avocado Dream Dip

  • 1 cup Cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 avocado
  • 3-4 cups organic spinach
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2-3 pinches of pink salt
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Optional: for spicy dip, add 4 tsp red pepper flakes or 1 small jalapeno


Add all the ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until smooth. For a chunkier, textured dip, pulse until desired consistency is achieved.
