The Shop: LustCovetDesire.com, a brand new online shop based in Venice, CA. Owner Geraldine Chung takes inspiration from street culture, contemporary art, and the beach.
Inspiration behind the shop: California surf and skate culture meets high-end designer fashion; I wanted to create an online store that is curated for a very specific customer and doesn’t overwhelm you with choices.
Go-to Uniform: Jen Kao classic tank tops, Alexander Wang sweatpants, Stella McCartney varsity jacket, Comme des Garcons PLAY x Converse sneakers or Celine sandals for a more dressy occasion.
Your customer is: Busy, opinionated, self-confident. She has a sense of humor and her personal style is not dictated by trends.

Nearby Hotspots: Rose Ave in Venice is becoming a wonderful little stretch for food, with new restaurants Superba Snack Bar and Cafe Gratitude joining the classic Venice Beach Wine & Oscar’s Cervetica. My friends Nia Andrews and Mark de Clive-Lowe play a monthly jam session called Church at the Del Monte Speakeasy/Townhouse near the boardwalk. And this is not nearby but I love it when my friends at OHWOW Gallery throw their after-parties at the Chateau.
