Have you heard the news? We just launched a new Instagram account featuring healthy meals we actually cook and eat. Our baby is called The Chalkboard Eats, and she’s a beauty – all inspired by our most popular hashtag, #thechalkboardeats.

Below we’re sharing our very first recipe inspo from the new account that we’ll be whipping up right away! Savory Oats | This cozy recipe from @shutthefigup is ideal for chilly fall mornings — and a great way to get some veggies in early to help fuel your grind all day. To make it, combine 1/4 cup gluten-free oats, 1 Tbsp ground flax, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, Himalayan salt and pepper to taste. Cook the oats as you normally would. Fold in 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella and top with sauteed spinach, cherry tomatoes, pepitas, pink salt and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Get Morethe chalkboard eats chicken soup

Chicken + Veggie Bone Broth Soup | Easy to make in big batches and keep on hand to enjoy all week, this soup from @brooksbellies is a perfect weekday meal. To make it, sautee 1 large sweet potato (diced), 2 large zucchini (diced), 1 onion (diced) for 5-6 minutes. Add 3 shredded chicken breasts (cooked) and 6 cups of bone broth. Cleaned Up Ramen | A bowl of fatty broth and noodles might not seem like the healthiest option, but ramen can be tweaked to be a clean and cozy dinner option. This post from @copinaco explains how: “The trick I use for glowing up my ramen is adding lots of veggies, clean protein and fermented things like kimchi on top”.
