Pressed Juicery has teamed up with this NYC hotspot to create a limited-edition summer cocktail called The Unicow – named after their unofficial mythical mascot – and layering their two neon summer flavors in the prettiest ice cube we’ve ever seen. The refreshing floral cocktail with the rose and algae ice cube is available for just a few weeks (through September 4th). Grab a glass while you can and pair with Quality’s beet tabbouleh or coconut quinoa, or make your own using the chef’s recipe below…
The Unicow Cocktail
serves 1
Ingredients:
for the cocktail:
1.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lemon Juice
for the ice cube:
1 bottle Pressed Juicery Vogue pink lemonade
1 bottle Pressed Juicery Vogue blue lemonade
Directions:
To make the striped ice cube: In a 2” ice cube mold, add 1 oz Pressed Juicery Pink Lemonade. Put in freezer until frozen solid (about 2 hours). After the pink layer has frozen completely, add 1oz Pressed Juicery Blue Lemonade. Put in freezer until frozen solid. Alternate blue and pink layers until mold is filled.
Shake in a cocktail shaker and strain into a rocks glass over a Pressed Juicery striped lemonade cube.
