“A LIFE-CHANGING DAILY PRACTICE.” Join us this January for the Nervous System Reset we all need. We’ve partnered with the Open App for 31 days of simple, science-backed breathwork and meditation to start your year right. We’re talking 6 to 15 minutes a day – and it’s free!

Enlist a friend, send this to your stressiest family member or simply crack open a new journal as we start the year more grounded, calm and resilient than ever before. Develop the foundation for a healthy mind and body while discovering breathwork and meditation techniques to regulate and rewire your nervous system. A 31-day reset is the perfect way to make space for what’s next.

Develop Life-Changing Habits In 2024

According to Dr. Andrew Huberman (Stanford 2023), just five minutes of breathwork outperformed meditation for improving mood and autonomic regulation and lowering stress.

We’re big believers in breathwork and meditation alike, but, as with most wellness practices, the challenge is creating daily rituals that stick.

Thankfully, we’ve seen a pivot happening in wellness lately—despite the phenomenon that is Ozempic-mania. There’s a movement from a radical focus on metabolism to an interest in nervous system health. Ultimately, the two health interests go hand in hand as our stress resilience and daily mood affect our overall health. The shift couldn’t be more timely and we’re thrilled to partner with Open for their Nervous System Reset to help more of us discover—or simply make a habit of—breathwork and meditation.

“No matter what you eat, how much you exercise, how skinny or young or strong you are, none of it matters if you’re not breathing properly.” – James Nestor, Author and Breathwork Expert
