healthier thanksgiving

Traditional menus are cozy and nostalgic — and we’re big believers in the power of cozy. A reminder though, your great-grandmother’s butter and sour cream were probably cultured and her bread was probably made from heritage grains. Those same Thanksgiving table staples today might not be as clean and healthful as their original counterparts.

Keep the traditions, but upgrade your basic ingredients to versions as pure are you can find, and consider adding a few new stylishly clean recipes from these recipe treasure troves below. Ottolenghi’s brand new cookbook tops our list, but every single title below deserves a place on your shelf for fresh, clean, insanely delicious food that can feed a crowd… ottolenghi simple cookbook for a healthier thanksgivingottolenghi simple by yotam ottolenghi | Yotam Ottolenghi can do no wrong.
