Ingredients:
+ 250g block dark chocolate
+ 8 Tbsp Vanilla Chai Protein Powder
+ 1 cup (250g) hulled tahini
+ Toasted sesame seeds, optional
Directions:
1. Grease and line a 6-8 inch (10-20cm) square tin.
2. Add chocolate and tahini to a heatproof bowl. Heat 2cm water in a small pot and bring to the boil. Sit the bowl on top of of the pot and reduce heat to a simmer, heating until chocolate has melted.
3. Remove from the heat and mix until smooth.
4. Add Vanilla Chai Protein Powder and mix through.
5. Transfer to the lined tray. Top with sesame seeds and place in the fridge to set.
6. Once set, use a very sharp knife and cut into 16 squares.
