Our Pressed Juicery fam has collaborated with the iconic Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills to make this moment real. They’ve created a summer cocktail series that couldn’t be cuter — and we’re sharing a few fave recipes below.
Every week through the end of August, the hotel will feature a new Pressed Juicery juice-powered cocktail on the poolside menu, along with a signature bev that’ll be available all summer. Weekly cocktails include the Blue Mermaid made with Pressed’s new monkfruit-sweetened blue lemonade, a Spicy Gin Watermelon cocktail, a PJ Green Bloody Mary, and a Sparkling Rose and a few others. The pool staff will be passing out complementary Pressed wellness and vitality shots as well.

Signature Cocktail Served All Summer Long
2oz Avion Tequila
3oz Pressed Juicery Roots 3
6 drops lime bitters
Shake well and strain into a tumbler. garnish with a lime curl.
PRESSED JUICERY PALOMA
Available Week of July 28th
2oz Patron Silver
3oz Pressed Juicery Grapefruit Mint
1oz agave syrup
Shake well and top with soda water. Garnish with sliced grapefruit.
Available Week of August 25th
1oz of Beefeater Pink Gin
1.5 oz Pressed Juicery Rose Lemonade
Shake gin and lemonade in a shaker. Pour into a champagne flute and top with champagne. garnish with a fresh strawberry.
