It’s amazing how once you go over the 2 week hump in detoxing you don’t need as much sleep. I woke up refreshed and ready after only 5 hours of sleep, drank 32 ounces of Pressed Greens 1 and 16 ounces Roots 1 and I was good to go. I haven’t felt this good since that Friday/Saturday at the beginning when I felt great. Hopefully this Wednesday will disprove my theory that Detox Wednesdays suck. Thursdays too.
Our office had a delightful array of treats this morning to welcome us to a new week. It sucks because I would love to sink my teeth into the pleasant, comforting tastiness of a muffin or a bagel right now, but I can’t. Luckily, saying no is getting easier, not by much but definitely a little bit better.
