Q: I have heard of a diet that guides you to eat by your blood type. Does it work?
A: The Blood Type Diet was written and researched by Dr. Peter D’Adamo.  Although each person is different in his or her needs, I have used this as a modality in my practice with great clinical success.  In my opinion, it helps people identify food sensitivities and when followed, takes people through a slow detoxification process.”

Q: Which organic label should I trust?  There seems to be some variations.
A: “Manufacturers and growers of organic products bearing the USDA seal have to meet the strictest standards of any of the currently available organic labels.”

Q: I am a 48-year-old female and I seem to have been loosing more hair than usual as I grow older. Is this normal?
A: “It’s normal for woman to lose, on average, 50-100 strands of hair a day. If you notice any increase that persists more than a month, I would visit a qualified health care practitioner to help you understand and then treat the cause.”
