Day 3 of my Pre-cleanse routine and I’ve got to say I am really enjoying experimenting with fresh juices! I’m looking forward to tomorrow and seeing how I go on only juices (on my Pre-cleanse diet I have been having a green smoothie for breakfast, kale salad for lunch, puréed veggie soup for dinner and I have replaced my morning and afternoon snacks with juices). Today I’m at work all day so I brought these drinks with me as well as a yummy kale salad.
L-R: coconut water; beetroot juice (a bunch of baby beetroots ~5, 4 stalks of celery including leaves and a Granny Smith apple); and a green juice (4 stalks of kale, 4 stalks of celery including leaves, 2 small continental cucumbers, handful of parsley, 1 Granny Smith apple and a lemon). These juices are absolutely delicious and surprisingly filling.
