Harvest:

The harvest season is from mid-May through mid-December. Amala's Jasmine is one of the only organic Jasmines found in the world. This is because normally Jasmine oil is extracted using a chemical called Hexane - so to put in the effort to grow Jasmine organically, only to then extract the oil by soaking it in a chemical, makes no sense. We have a special distillation process that eliminates Hexane, and therefore, our farm partner produces organic Jasmine for us.
