Tip #1: For glowing skin, the first step is exfoliation. I love using my ExfoliKate Intensive Exfoliating Treatment, which uses fruit enzymes to dissolve dead skin cells, round microbeads buff to them off of the surface and lactic and salicylic acids further dissolve dead cells.
