After spending hours on healthy foodie blog, Nutrition Stripped, mesmerized by photo after photo of amazing-looking green smoothies and other nutrient-dense recipes, we decided we had to know just what makes McKel Hill, the genius behind this yummy health blog, tick.
It turns out McKel is not only a registered dietician, but a health and wellness coach with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition. McKel is a woman on a plant-based mission – with a focus on delivering the real deal nutrition info and debunking conventional nutrition myths McKel transcends our ideas of what a recipe-blogger is all about. Her reputation for individualistic and holistic approach to coaching her actual clients into optimal health meant we couldn’t wait to dive in to this healthy super-coach and green smoothie connoisseur’s notes to see what we could glean from all her nutritional genius.
My daily supplements:
Probiotics (gotta keep a healthy gut), multivitamin on occasion, and plant-based protein powders centered around my workouts.

Stripped green smoothie with a straw or even in a bowl – it’s super thick, like ice cream!

Start your meal with veggies like a big raw salad. Order everything the way you want it – you’re paying after all!
