Recipe I'm making:
Vegetable Noodle Soup (see below!)
Vegetable Noodle Soup
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
4 large carrots
1/2 white onion
4 celery stalks
1 whole potato
chicken broth
macaroni noodles
Directions:
Chop all vegetables. Add chicken broth (enough to cover) and season with salt and pepper. Boil for 35 minutes.
Boil macaroni noodles separately, for 9 to 11 minutes (or follow package instructions). Once cooked, add to soup pot. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
