WARM AUTUMN TONIC
This grounding and fortifying tonic will help you embrace fall.
Ingredients:
1 cup nut or seed milk
1/2 tsp ashwagandha
1/2 tsp he shou wu
1/4 tsp mucuna pruriens
1 Tbsp The Coconut Butter
1/2 Tbsp tocotrienols
1/2 Tbsp bee pollen
Directions:
While warming milk, add the rest of the ingredients to a high powered blender. When milk is warm, not boiling, pour and blend for one minute. Pour in your favorite mug and top with Bee Pollen.
