Berry-Rich Skin Saver Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup pitted cherries
3-5 strawberries, depending on size and freshness
1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
1 scoop chocolate protein powder of your choice
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp chia seeds
water or ice to thin, as needed (if using frozen fruit, ice may be unnecessary)
Directions:
